Crash diets and fanatic exercise are not the way to lose weight. Most people who try to lose weight this way usually end up putting the weight back on as soon as the diet is finished. The only way to lose weight without stress and keep the weight off is by altering your lifestyle but without feeling that you are depriving yourself. If for example you are living on pizza everyday and having no exercise then there’s no way you are you going to lose weight and it’s probably not doing your health
